PA 12PHL
The tubes in this series are produced using flexible plasticized PA12 PHL, stabilized against light and heat, and stored in our warehouses in 6-meter straight lengths. In addition to the characteristic flexibility of this material, they also offer excellent abrasion resistance and long-term aging stability.
PA12 PHL plasticized tubing is specifically engineered to deliver high flexibility while maintaining mechanical strength and durability. Its stabilization against UV radiation and thermal stress makes it particularly suitable for outdoor or high-temperature environments where standard polyamides would degrade more quickly. The excellent abrasion resistance ensures reliability in dynamic applications, such as moving components, pneumatic systems, or protective conduits exposed to friction.

PA12 EXTFLX LONGLIFE
PA12 EXTFLX tubes combine the chemical and temperature-resistance properties of PA12 with the characteristic flexibility of the polyurethane tubes in our range. They are manufactured from super-flexible plasticized PA12, stabilized against light and heat, and modified to enhance low-temperature impact performance.
This special formulation allows EXTFLX tubes to remain highly flexible even in harsh or cold environments, while still providing the robustness typical of high-grade polyamide. Their improved impact resistance makes them ideal for dynamic applications where bending, vibration, and mechanical stress are constant. Thanks to their chemical stability and UV/heat protection, they ensure long-lasting performance in industrial, pneumatic, and outdoor installations.

PA 12 AIR LONGLIFE
Flexible three-layer tube designed for pneumatic applications, highly resistant to impacts at low temperatures. Its multilayer structure is composed of two layers of polyamide stabilized against light and heat, and an intermediate layer of special ether-based polyurethane modified to bond chemically without the use of adhesives or additional binding agents.
The outer layers give the tube high chemical resistance, as well as resistance to hydrolysis and microbial attack, while the intermediate polyurethane layer improves flexibility and low-temperature resistance.

PA12ALN
The PA 12ALN coils offer excellent flexibility combined with outstanding elastic memory. The outer polyamide layers provide excellent chemical resistance, ensuring overall strength and long-lasting durability.
We manufacture coils with and without straight tails for maximum versatility of use, and upon request we produce custom-designed coils, including versions with electrical cables.
